• Limit of 1 replacement claim during the 1 year period.
2 YEAR PLAN: $149 PER HEARING ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION DEVICE
• Loss, Damage and Theft hearing enhancement and protection device for 1 year
• SportEAR replaces the hearing enhancement device that is lost, stolen or damaged.
• $200 deductible per unit per claim
• Limit of 1 replacement claim during the 2 year period.
3 YEAR PLAN: $199 PER HEARING ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION DEVICE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: When do I have to apply for the protection plan?
A: SportEAR’s protection plan must be purchase within 30 days from date of new purchase.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The cost varies according to the number of years of protection you buy. The listed price is for each unit. For a pair of SportEAR the price is the cost for the plan times two. (2 units X price = Cost)
Q: If I accidentally damage my SportEAR device, what do I do?
A: Fill out the attached claim form. Provide the completed form, your protection plan receipt, and your damaged device to SportEAR. SportEAR will repair it or replace it with a new or rebuilt unit of the same model or a similar model of equal value and specifications.
Q: If I accidentally lose my SportEAR device, what do I do?
A: Fill out the attached claim form. Provide the completed form and your protection plan receipt to SportEAR. Pay the $200 deductible per unit. SportEAR will repair it or replace it with a new or rebuilt unit of the same model or a similar model of equal value and specifications.
Q: Will my protection plan continue after my SportEAR device is replaced?
A: No. Your SportEAR protection plan terminates upon replacement. A new protection plan is required on the new SportEAR device.
Q: Can my protection plan be renewed?
A: Yes. Approximately 30 days prior to the expiration date, a renewal notice will be sent to you so you can continue your protection plan up to a combined total of 3 years.
Q: What if I want to cancel the protection plan?
A: Return the receipt of the protection plan to SportEAR. Cancellation by you within 30 days of the effective date will result in a full refund.
Q: Does the protection plan cover other manufacturer’s hearing and protection devices?
A: No. The protection plan only covers SportEAR devices.
Q: What if I obtain a SportEAR replacement device and then find my lost SportEAR device?
A: The recovered device must be returned to SportEAR immediately.
Q: What if I accidentally lose my SportEAR device during the 30 day trial period?
A: If you lose a SportEAR device during the trial period, you can take advantage of the previously purchased protection plan by submitting your claim form and the $200 deductible per unit to replace it. However, the trial period is terminated and you forgo any return privileges.
