WARRANTY UPDATE (Effective January 1, 2010)

SportEAR MicroBlast, MicroShot, and Select-A-Fit products come with a one (1) year parts and labor warranty against defects in material or workmanship. The warranty period begins at the date of your purchase, confirmed by the receipt of your purchase. The warranty is non-transferrable from the original purchaser.  Tubes, tips, batteries, and cleaning brushes are not covered under this warranty and are regarded as consumables.

All other SportEAR products including non-electronic products carry a thirty (30) day warranty.

In the event of a malfunction within the warranty period, contact SportEAR. If you have any problems or questions concerning this product or the instruction manual, call SportEAR directly.

 

All warranty work carries a shipping and handling charge of $19.95. Should you need to return a product for warranty work, include a check for $19.95, a copy of your original receipt and a short description of the problem. Return to the manufacturer:

We recommend you use a trackable carrier and insure your package.

 

This warranty does not cover malfunction caused by abuse of the unit, and is void if the unit has been tampered with or opened. Specific exclusions from the warranty include, but are not limited to the following: Water damage, physical damage, damage caused by neglect or improper handling, or damage caused by wearing the unit without the specified tips.

 

 

IMPORTANT: This warranty gives you specific rights, You may have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
